The Story

This quality coffee bean is certified Fair trade and organic. It originates from a small farm cooperative around San Cristobal de las Casas, Mexico. The predominate indigenous group is Tzotzil Mayan and Valle de Jovel is the area’s Tzotzil name. Most farms in the cooperative are under two hectares and each producer processes their coffee in the same washed and patio dried process. Magic.
